Join us if you would like to learn a whole new realm of flavours and style of grilling on the barbeque the Asian way. An exciting addition to your barbecue repertoire, you will also learn essential skills including temperature control and how to tell when your food is cooked to perfection.

Lychee Lime Fizz
The perfect summer drink, sweet scented lychee juice paired with zesty lime juice, a dash of honey, topped up with chilled sparkling water.

Indonesian Young Corn Satay
Chargrilled tender young corn marinated in ground coriander and cumin, served with kecap manis, diced shallots and chillies
Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Skewer in French Baguette
Minced pork seasoned with garlic and fish sauce, moulded onto sticks of lemongrass; barbequed and served in baguette with fresh mint, cilantro, sweet chilli sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime
Indian Tandoori Salmon Taco
Sizzled fresh salmon cubes marinated in warming tandoori marsala spices, encased in a soft steamed wheat taco
Fresh Coriander and Garlic Yoghurt Dip
Creamy and tangy with the fragrance of fresh garlic and freshness of chopped coriander, so versatile it will be your next go to dip
Pickled Cucumber and Radish
Simply refreshing and the most delicious crunch to lift up any dishes
This is a practical interactive cookery session which will include lunch and a chance to bring home your masterpieces. All the ingredients, equipment and apron will be provided. Asian tea will be served throughout the day.
