Asian Street Food (Evening Class)
Time & Location
The Indonesian satay is just that little bit different from Singapore, Malaysia or Thai satay, we will reveal why in this class. We will also be tasting some real classics: the legendary Curry Puff from Singapore, the famous Wonton Soup from Hong Kong and the very delicious Japanese grilled corn with Miso butter. I personally can’t wait!

Lemongrass Iced Tea
Fresh lemongrass infused in gently brewed lemon green tea sweetened with organic honey served over crushed ice

- Knife sharpening and cutting skills
- Vegetable carving for garnish

Hong Kong Prawn & Pork Wontons in Superior Broth
Juicy little morsels packed full of minced pork, fresh prawns and crunchy water chestnuts, served with baby pak choi and a drizzle of nutty toasted sesame seed oil in a superior chicken broth
Indonesian Pork Satay
Tender grilled pork basted with Indonesian Ketchup Manis, served with fresh red chillies, sliced shallots and another drizzle of this delicious sticky caramelised soya
Japanese Grilled Corn
Corn never tasted better with the flavour combination of sweet mirin, saltiness from white miso, oh so lovely butter and heady smokiness from the grill!
Singapore Chicken Curry Puff
A legendary local snack, these melt in the mouth flaky parcels are filled with chicken, potatoes and peas in a fragrant curry sauce and deep fried
This is a practical interactive cookery session which will include dinner and a chance to bring home your masterpieces. All the ingredients, equipment and apron will be provided. Asian tea will be served throughout the day.
