Private Chef & Catering by Lilian's Kitchen in Bury St Edmunds

Lilian kindly catered for a joint 60th party near Halesworth in Suffolk.  The food was delicious the appetisers served whilst the guests enjoyed a drink, the best wontons that I’ve ever eaten.  The main course based on Singaporean recipe was superbly presented and excellent.  Service was great, attentive but not overly so and Lilian herself introduced each dish to explain the fusion of flavours.  All in a brilliant evening finished with an excellent cake.  Thank you Lilian.

Did you know special birthdays in December sometimes need to be celebrated early, when the sun is still shining and Lilian Hiw comes to you and cooks amazing Asian cuisine with Knock-out Singapore Slings, (she used to work at Raffles Hotel in Singapore and boy, she knows her stuff).  I’ll not overshare and spare everyone the post-dinner boozy karaoke videos, but huge thanks to Jenny Loud for helping to create our unforgettable party magic - we all had a blast.

Lilian prepared a wonderful dinner party for my friends and I in the occasion of my birthday. The food was Singapore Street Food.  The curry was amazing. Everyone is still talking about the delicious flavours.  The lemongrass was so delicious.  Lilian completely put my worries to rest with her incredible personality and charm and skillful cooking.  Wonderful.  Thank you Lilian.
