Recipes on this course may include:

Malaysian Style Chicken Satay

Succulent chicken pieces marinated in ground coriander and turmeric, served with cucumber, red onions and pineapple.

Pineapple Peanut Sauce

A marriage of peanuts, spices and coconut milk. This aromatic and punchy sauce can also be used as a dip or dressing! A perfect accompaniment to endless dishes - Satay, Indonesia Gado Gado salad and sesame peanut noodle salad, just to name a few.

Chinese Five Spice Wontons

Light and crispy pastry skin filled with minced pork, water chestnuts and a hint of Chinese five spice. Irresistible with a sweet chilli dip.

Roti John

An interesting tale to be told of how Roti John was invented, it is sometimes called Singapore’s version of the burger. Have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack, it’s especially tasty for supper after a heavy night of drinking! Minced lamb, red onion, eggs, and sambal chilli cooked between two halves of French bread, you can add cheese for a fusion twist! Served piping hot with tomato ketchup and mayo.

Chinese Pork and Cabbage Jiaozi

Little pockets bursting with juicy pork, cabbage and spring onions. These Chinese dumplings are served crispy on the bottom and soft on top with julienne of ginger and Chinkiang black vinegar.
