Red Lotus

Delicious combination of tropical pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, orange juice, a dash of angostura bitter and grenadine syrup, topped with bubbly soda

Knife Skills

Singapore Chicken Satay

Tender chicken pieces marinated in ground turmeric and coriander threaded onto bamboo skewers and grilled to juicy perfection, accompanied by cucumber and red onions.

Peanut Sauce

A marriage of peanuts, spices and coconut milk. This aromatic and punchy sauce can also be used as a dip or dressing! A perfect accompaniment to endless dishes - Satay, Indonesia Gado Gado salad and sesame peanut noodle salad, just to name a few.

Japanese Pork and Cabbage Gyoza

Little pockets bursting with juicy pork, nappa cabbage and spring onions fragranced with nutty sesame seed and Mirin. These dumplings are crispy on the bottom and soft on top.

Ponzu Dipping Sauce

This no cook dipping sauce features citrus and soya, enlivened with ginger, spring onions and sesame oil. It’s reminiscent of teriyaki but substantially more complex. Try it with dumplings, simply cooked chicken, steamed or roasted fish.

Five Spice Wontons

Light and crispy pastry skin filled with pork and water chestnuts, with a hint of five spice and Chinese rice wine. Irresistible little parcels delicious served with a sweet chilli sauce.
