Singapore Curry Puff
A legendary local snack, these melt in the mouth flaky parcels are filled with chicken, potatoes and peas in a fragrant curry sauce
Malaysian Style Chicken Satay
Succulent chicken pieces marinated in ground coriander and turmeric, served with cucumber, red onions, pineapple and a punchy creamy peanut dipping sauce
Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Skewer in French Baguette
Grilled marinated pork on lemongrass skewer served in a crisp baguette with fresh mint, cilantro, a drizzle of chilli and a squeeze of fresh lime juice
Korean Warm Cucumber Salad
Crunchy wok-smoked smashed cucumber with Korean Gochujang hot pepper paste, light soya and a hint of nutty sesame oil, sprinkled generously with toasted white sesame seeds

Presentation and Plating
