Celebrate the flavours of summer with some of Asia’s most loved grilled dishes and fresh seasonal sides, perfect for relaxed summer dining and entertaining.
Lilian will guide you through the techniques behind marinades, flavour layering and achieving delicious smoky, charred flavours indoors — making these dishes perfect whatever the weather.

This is a hands-on cooking session with everything provided - ingredients, equipment, and aprons. After the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our creations, and you’re welcome to bring takeaway boxes for any leftovers. Asian tea and cucumber water will be served throughout the day, and there is free parking on site.
