Recipes on this course may include:

Szechuan Kung Pao chicken

A popular Chinese dish famous for its velvety plucky sauce and numbing sensation from a dusting of Szechuan peppercorns. We will cook it authentically with dried red chillies.

Wok Smoked Drunken Beef

Which cut of beef is good for stir-frying? How should we tenderise the meat? You will learn these and be introduced to the versatility of sauces that goes well with a stir-fried beef dish.

Garlic Pak Choy

Crunchy or soft, that is the question. Next question, how do we achieve it?

Cantonese Noodles

Learn how to treat different type of noodles and the art of stir frying. It is easy when you know how, I promise.

Jasmine Rice

How to master perfectly fluffy rice, every time.


This is a practical interactive cookery session, remember to bring your takeaway containers to bring home your masterpieces to show off your new skills!  All the ingredients, equipment, recipes, and a working apron will be provided. Asian tea will be served throughout the class.
