Our Chinese series features beloved classics dishes. There’s an art to getting them just right. I’ll be sharing insider tips and trade secrets, including the secret to perfect fried rice, so you can recreate these vibrant recipes at home. Expect hands-on fun, bold flavours and a meal that's sure to impress!

This is a hands-on cooking session with everything provided - ingredients, equipment, and aprons. After the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our creations, and you’re welcome to bring takeaway boxes for any leftovers. Asian tea and cucumber water will be served throughout the day, and there is free parking on site.
