Don’t be afraid of deep frying - we’ll share all our top tips and tricks to boost your confidence. Using ready-made dumpling wrappers, we’ll keep things simple, tasty, and easy to recreate at home. These dim sum are perfect for making in advance: just prepare a batch, freeze them, and cook them straight from the frozen whenever you fancy a treat.
Your experience:

Knife sharpening and cutting techniques
Carving vegetables for garnishing
Presentation and plating skills
Recipes on this course may include:
Drunken beef dumplings in Sichuan crispy chilli

This is a hands-on cooking session with everything provided - ingredients, equipment, and aprons. After the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our creations, and you’re welcome to bring takeaway boxes for any leftovers. Asian tea and cucumber water will be served throughout the day, and there is free parking on site.
