We’re cooking up a feast. Expect bold flavours, warm spices, and plenty of hands-on fun. Whether you're new to Indian cuisine or simply love vibrant, comforting food, this class is all about flavour, flair, and shared joy around the table.
Your experience:

You will learn:
Knife sharpening and cutting techniques
Carving vegetables for garnishing
Presentation and plating skills

This is a hands-on cooking session with everything provided - ingredients, equipment, and aprons. After the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our creations, and you’re welcome to bring takeaway boxes for any leftovers. Asian tea and cucumber water will be served throughout the day, and there is free parking on site.
