Awaken your palate to the delicate balance of the five essential tastes - sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and the elusive umami - as we explore the bold and fresh flavours of Thailand and Vietnam. From sizzling street food to aromatic herbs and zesty citrus, every dish will transport you to the bustling markets and vibrant kitchens of Southeast Asia

You’ll be warmly welcomed with a freshly shaken Tropical Paradise mocktail.


You will learn:

  • Knife sharpening and cutting techniques

  • Carving vegetables for garnishing

  • Presentation and plating skills


Recipes on this course may include:

  • Vietnamese pork spring rolls

  • Nuoc Cham

  • Som Tum salad

  • Thai green curry

  • Fluffy jasmine rice

This is a hands-on cooking session with everything provided - ingredients, equipment, and aprons. After the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy our creations, and you’re welcome to bring takeaway boxes for any leftovers. Asian tea and cucumber water will be served throughout the day, and there is free parking on site.
