This event was fully booked in a short period of time and a second event was organised. Baythorne Hall was delighted to host a very special evening, guaranteed to excite the taste buds. Two of their favourite Cookery School chefs, Saira Hamilton and Lilian Hiw, are joining forces to cook a meal that includes classic dishes from throughout Asia. Our challenge, as always, is to come up with the wines to match the menu. We'll be showing two wines with each course and explaining our reasons for choosing them. Asian flavours aren't always the easiest to match wines to, but there are a few wines out there that are perfect.
