The “One Sink No Kitchen Facilities” challenge! We took the challenge as the client really wanted to surprise her husband for his 40th birthday and everywhere else she enquired was booked, such a busy time of year. We were thrilled and amazed that we did a Dim Sum workshop, cooked and served a 3 course meal for 25 people.
