Influencing the Next Generation

London's Next Generation College engaged me to conduct a Dim Sum class for a group of their students, the youngsters were very quiet and not truly engaged when they first arrived, I was so relieved and pleased to see the transformation as the class got involved and excited about what they’re learning and by the time we got cooking they were buzzing and helping each other and the team produced some amazing dim sum.

Isn’t it fantastic that the college gave its students this opportunity to be exposed to a different experience and cuisine? I am so touched they traveled such a long way to attend my class too. Feeling honoured to be asked to share and influence the next generation!
