Thrilled to be invited to celebrate Jae & Adrain’s wedding anniversary again this year! They’re the cutest couple, 31 years together and so in love, sooo much to be celebrated indeed. My first socially distanced Private Chef engagement, a little creative as we didn’t serve at the table, every time I finished cooking a dish, I placed the food at the end of the kitchen service table, ring my bell and it magically flies to the table! Great teamwork! It was lovely to hear the family’s laughter and chat as the eight courses were served, what a brilliant fun night!
