Guest Tutor at The Food Hub Cookery School in Kenton Hall

What beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and a very lovely kitchen indeed! We had a fantastic day making Thai green chicken curry, pad Thai noodle salad, deep frying woodsear and pork spring rolls etc; and one of my favourites, the iconic Vietnamese street food- Lemongrass pork skewers in French baguette with fresh mint, Thai sweet basil, coriander and we made radish n cucumber pickles to go in it. Yummy!
