Food: A taste of Asia delivered to your table

Former catering manager at Singapore’s iconic Raffles Hotel, private chef Lilian Hiw has launched a Dining at Home service so you can enjoy restaurant quality Asian food in your own kitchen.
There are three menus to choose from: Thai Vietnamese (which includes prawn summer rolls, tom yum chicken curry and banana leaf rice), Singapore Malaysia (satay, Peranakan chicken curry, wok-smoked drunken beef noodles) and Asian Fusion (Indian tandoori salmon taco, Hong Kong honey and hoisin roast duck, Indonesian young corn satay).
Everything arrives - you can either collect from her kitchen, just outside Bury, or arrange delivery for a nominal fee - chilled with reheating and finishing instructions, plus traditional carved vegetable garnishes for the dishes. You can even add a Singapore Sling, Raffles’ signature cocktail.
