Stephanie Mackentyre popped into our dim sum class yesterday and interviewed us. She was capturing the sounds of the cooking as we fried, steamed and boiled, such an interesting way to present a cookery school experience. I’m very excited to hear what she will be showcasing as there were lots of chatting and cooking and I didn’t even hear what the students were talking to her about while I was teaching the rest of the class 😅

The interview will be broken into two pieces, the first will play out around 3.20pm this afternoon, then a couple of tracks later the second at around 3.40pm.
