Guest Chef Take Over-Education

Honoured to be invited to West Suffolk College for their Guest Chef Takeover.

During the day, I had the privilege of teaching students in the kitchen how to cook Asian dishes — sharing techniques, flavours, and the small details that bring food to life. In the evening, we served our dishes to customers, and I shared the stories behind the dishes, cooking tips, and ingredient knowledge with both front of house students and guests.

Hospitality is about more than cooking — it’s about passing on knowledge, culture, and passion.
