Indian. Soft shell crabs

Would you like to learn how to cook soft shell crabs? We dipped them in tempura batter and also created a Vietnamese style soft shell crabs with garlic butter, chili and fish sauce. I might add these to a new seafood class next year. Love to hear your thoughts!
