One hob cooking

What a charming side building with such beautiful art pieces by the owner. We were serving a 10 course lunch for 16 guests celebrating Chris’s birthday.

It was amazing what a single hob and a sink in a side kitchen can produce. The food flowed continuously and service went smoothly like clockwork, thanks to my brilliant team!

The guests were so appreciative and even bought my cookbook as a memoir and to replicate some of the dishes they ate. We had a really lovely afternoon, I love my job!
