Lilian is known for her dynamic flavours and presentations; fresh and exciting recipes and fun interactive cooking workshops. Classically trained with L'École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, Lilian integrates her training and knowledge with her roots to demystify the art of Asian cooking. Her aim is to make cooking traditional dishes more approachable and less complicated, using readily available ingredients to achieve an authentic taste.
Lilian shares tips and trade secrets through her classes and cookbook, her food column in the Suffolk News and Bury Free Press and her consultancy work developing products and recipes for the food industry. Lilian’s Kitchen has been awarded Cookery School of the Year by the London & South East Prestige Awards for two years running, in 2023 and 2024. Combining a deep-rooted passion for food with a wealth of experience in hospitality and catering, Lilian creates a memorable and bespoke dining experience for her clients; with attention to detail, pampering her guests while the host relaxes and enjoys their guest’s company. Lilian has been awarded Private Chef of the Year by the London & South East Prestige Awards for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024.
